SUMMARY:Virtual Consultation on Microsoft Teams with Nikki Harris and SEND Wolves Forum
DESCRIPTION:Families are being invited to have their say on Wolverhampton’s draft All Means All SEND and Inclusion Strategy 2027–2029.  \n Developed in partnership with education providers\, health and care services\, voluntary organisations\, parent carers\, and children and young people\, it sets out Wolverhampton’s vision for an inclusive and sustainable system where children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) receive the right support\, at the right time.  \nIt also describes how the City of Wolverhampton Council and its partners will work together to transform the local SEND system.   \nFamilies can join consultation sessions to learn more about the strategy\, ask questions and share their views before a final strategy is put forward for approval. \nThere will be virtual consultation sessions via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 20 October from 11am-noon and Wednesday 21 October from 7-8pm.   \nThere will also be a drop-in session at The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton on Saturday 24 October from 10am-12.30pm\, during its weekly SEND Squad session. Parents and carers are welcome to bring their children along to enjoy the SEND session while talking to officers about the strategy.  \n To book onto any of the consultation sessions\, please email nicola.harris2@wolverhampton.gov.uk\, including your name\, which session you would like to attend\, any accessibility requirements\, and whether you plan to attend the session at The Way with a child or young person.  \n
